Biography
Dr. Al-shimaa S. M. Rady is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the CompChem Lab, Faculty of Science, Minia University. In 2020, Dr. Rady obtained her B.Sc. degree in chemistry. In 2023, Dr. Rady finished her M.Sc. degree in inorganic chemistry. In April 2026, Dr. Rady successfully completed her Ph.D. studies in Physical Chemistry. In 2019, Dr. Rady joined the Computational Chemistry Laboratory (CompChem Lab), Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Minia University, under the Incubator Program for Talented Students. As a research assistant, Dr. Rady has made significant scientific contributions, resulting in the publication of 24 papers and holds an h-index of 9. Dr. Rady was also a supervisor of junior researchers at CompChem Lab. During her research activities, Dr. Rady acquired extensive expertise in computational chemistry, density functional theory (DFT) calculations, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Dr. Rady is also an affiliated member of the Egyptian Society of Theoretical and Computational Chemistry (ESTCC). |
